The house consists of furnished Single private rooms, fully remodeled communal bathrooms, and shared common spaces (kitchen, gym, living room, and study room). Onsite laundry and parking is also available for an additional cost. Single private rooms start at $1,500/month (includes utilities and Wifi) on a 12 month lease.
