Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Vacaville, CA.
When I found the house I wanted, I did not have a realtor. I contacted Melody Kramer at 2PM on a Saturday and was in her office at 4PM. We did all the paperwork, got the offer ready and submitted. She found a notary in Georgia to close the house when I was on vacation. She even got the Credit Union on the phone for a 3 way call so we could get the funds transferred due to me not being by a bank to complete the transfer. She has since the closing of the house still assisted with contacts to fix minor repairs that have come up since moving into the home. She was terrific and made purchasing the home easier than I could imagine. She was very professional and great knowledge.
