Circumstances dictated that I sell 19 investment properties. That's a lot of legwork for an agent. Laura Dean became very familiar with each and every property, worked with my property manager to access each, and did a great job recommending starting sales prices. Some went fast, others took more time, and she was proactive throughout the process, recommending price modifications when necessary. They all sold in a year and these were not the prettiest houses in the prettiest neighborhoods. There was back and forth negotiation between myself and prospective buyers on almost all of the properties. Laura definitely had my best interests at heart and I'm really thankful to have worked with her.

We originally were looking at a property to completely remodel and make our own that had the broker listed on it. That was how we got in contact with them. Laura Dean’s name was on the listing. When we spoke to her, she explained every bit of detail about the property. Ultimately, we decided to start looking at other homes with Laura that included new constructions, older homes with character, and some more modern homes as well.
Our agent, Laura Dean, was very knowledgeable with many of the legalities we did not know about. She ensured that we were always covered in writing if anything was discussed about or agreed upon when purchasing the property. Laura was very patient, and allowed us to visit multiple areas all over the Shreveport/Bossier City area. She was very accommodating to our busy schedule, and our requests to view many different homes. We were able to see many homes and narrow down our selections. At no point during the process did we ever feel rushed either. That was a huge bonus for us because the time and location as to where to buy was a very important one to make for us to have a final decision. Overall, Laura Dean satisfied all of our needs as to what we were expecting from a Realtor. We would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the future.

Although my husband and I didn’t have a lot of requirements in a house the big ones were a 3+ car garage and pool. I didn’t think this would be too hard considering we live in hot LA. However I think we began looking in late October and didn’t stop until around Christmas. Almost every week on Sunday we were out looking at houses with Laura. Every week Laura would give us her honest opinion of the property and we continued this journey week after week. It was hard and long, but with Laura’s help we finally found the house we were looking for. We would recommend her to anyone bc she truly knows and loves her job.

My husband and I are retired. We have family in Shreveport. We visit often one we discovered Deer Creek subdivision where Ms Laura had listed a house ( 6926 Fawn Path). Ms Laura showed us the house but it wasn't quite what we were looking for however Ms Laura was the RIGHT agent for us. She is TIMELY, THROUGH, CONSISTENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EAGER TO GO THE EXTRA MILE, ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND.
It was a pleasure to work with Laura. We consider her as part of our family. She worked tirelessly with us whether on weekends or midweek. Whatever questions we asked or services needed Ms Laura Dean rose to the occasion with a soft voice, big smile and kind heart.

I have purchased 8 different properties in the last calendar year, and all that have been purchased through MLS have gone through Laura. The properties I have been buying have been cheap, distressed homes that don't sell for a lot of money. I am fixing them up and putting them into rental. I have 6 of them complete, and all of those are occupied with paying tenants, the other two soon to follow. As I have grown my inventory of properties, I have come to really appreciate Laura's efforts. She makes sure every detail is taken care of, even when these are purchases I'm aware she doesn't make much money on. That's why no matter who else petitions me for my business, as long as Laura continues with the level of service which she has given me in the past, I will not consider using anyone else for my property purchases. I plan on buying about a dozen more in the near future.
