Beautiful Cabin located in Tollgate Canyon with year-round access close to Park City and ski resorts (about 15-20 minutes depending on the season). The cabin is located about 5.3 miles north of exit 150(Tollgate/Promontory). Located on a privately snow plowed route so you can access the property year-round or even live there year-round. (The road has been plowed since 2010 1 lot past this cabin, so it has great access to snowmobiling above the cabin). There are many trees around the cabin, and it is shaded part of the day. You will see many large moose, elk, and deer as this area does not allow hunting and many of the large animals and herds around park city summer in this area. It really is a magical hidden cabin/location where you can hike, ride your bike, or off-road vehicles and see many animals. The exterior of the cabin is full log with amazing large wood beams on the front covered porch and in the inside of the cabin. There are two decks, 1 covered, and 1 not covered. (Footings have been installed on the south side with future plans to extend the covered deck area.and put a hot tub. A great place for a hot tub). The cabin currently has 4 bedrooms with potential for 1 more that is currently being used as a mudroom and does not have a closet. There are three primary bedrooms (one on each floor with their own bathrooms. There is also an additional 1/2 bath in the basement near the 4th bedroom and a very large bathroom on the main floor that has a claw foot tub, sauna shower (being installed now), toilet and sink. The cabinets are knotty alder, and the countertops are granite with chiseled edges. The flooring is acid stained concrete, carpet, slate tile and real hickory wood on the main and upstairs floors.
