Final aliquot legal description and total acreage will be determined by the new survey. There are two wells on the property of which are located in the acreage to be retained. One well is into the Minnelusa formation (340') and the other well into the Madison formation (660'). Purchasers will have complete use of one of the well into the Minnelusa formation and use of the Madison formation well as long as it does not interfere with Seller's usage in the summer months. Seller has the grazing permit on the USFS lands bordering the property. There is a water line, that feeds tanks on the permitted lands originating from the Madison well. A shared well agreement will be forthcoming and included with other documents pertaining to this property. If the retained acreage in the NE4E2SE4 does not have adequate access to the Madison well, then an additional easement for access to the well and well house will be recorded. Property is all in Custer County but borders the Custer County and Fall River County lines.
