Want to live in a small central Maine town of 250 residents, where people go to vacation? This is it. This is a 960 sqft house/camp in Wellington. Has one or two bedrooms (another in the attic if needed) dishwasher, fairly new tin roof, drilled well (and a dug well) septic, power, internet, pellet stove in living room, monitor heater by kitchen, and trailer furnace on the porch, 12X12 cedar log cabin guest house with power, and a livable mobile home trailer at the back of the property. An older trailer apx. 10'X50' that I never set up. No leaks. All buildings are on posts. The property has 10 acres of mostly tree's, and is very quiet, private and borders a stream. Wild berries through out the property. It's almost a mile to the closest full time neighbor. There's camps in between, but nothing close, and people are not there very often. And no houses or camps can be built anywhere close. It's a unique property, and the best one in the area. There's a lake a mile or so down the dirt road, which is also an ATV trail. This is where people come to vacation, to ATV, hunt, fish, boat, bike, etc. Has been the primary residence and lived in full time for 15 years. Taxes are 1000 a year, and 650 with the homestead exemption. No HOA fee's. Not perfect. Has needs, but nothing major. Closest store and gas is 8 miles away. Closest shopping supercenter is about 30 miles. The porch needs rebuilding. Once property is sold, seller will require 60-90 days to find a new home and move.
