Amy was God sent to us. After 7 attempts of getting to the closing table in 3 years and working with multiple realtors we were in our last stretch of the year. Prior to meeting her and seeing several deals fizz out, Amy gave us hope and worked with our special situation where we didn’t have perfect credit we had mixed income 1099 and W2. We switched brokers two weeks after not closing in December. Every hurdle she was there to offer encouragement and hope. What one broker couldn’t do after working with us for 4 months Amy and the seller’s agent came together worked cohesively to close on our house the first week of January 2023. We could not have done it without her.

Searching for a home is a tedious job. especially when you live in another state. I viewed so many homes and dealt with several realtors. But when I meet up with Amy her professionalism , honesty, experience made our task so much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure we the buyers were happy and satisfied. She narrowed down just what we were looking for based on our needs, and her ability to negotiate in our favor was a plus.
