The living room has a one ton mini split heat and air unit and a ceiling fan in addition dormer to allow more natural light. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed but large enough to accommodate a king size bed. An oversized walk in closet completes the bedroom. The bathroom has a large walkin shower with a glass door and a large vanity.The living area is open concept including a full kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer closet. All appliances are less than 3 years old.A refillable water tank that is plumbed into the home and all plumbing done with Pex. This water system is a plus in the wilderness. This is a great community to make memories with family and friends.
