Located in the Salt Lake City Marmalade District, this home is walking distance into downtown, stumbling distance from the neighborhood pub, close to amenities like restaurants, a hardware store, public transit, and the Marmalade Library. It is also less than two minutes from interstate access that gets you to ski resorts or the red rock desert for adventure. This home has been loved by the same owner since 2005 and was completely refurbished in 2023. Small, but mighty the home has both form and function: new high-end, right-sized appliances; shower and soaking tub; designated workspace; entertainment/relaxing space; bedroom retreat; and full laundry with new, right-sized machines. Renovation went into winter, so the plans for the yard will be implemented in spring/summer of 2024. There is a single-car, detached garage that can be rented for an additional fee.
