College Hill is a woodland property that has not been timbered since before the owners purchased the property in 1953. There are 3 small streams that originate on the property and run into Ball Mountain Brook which feeds the West River. A variety of trails run throughout and one terminates at the top of College Hill offering incredible views. Old logging roads on the property can be used for a variety of recreational activities, including mountain biking, snowshoeing, and hiking.
