I am a bilingual agent. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese. I am an out of the box thinker. I do what it takes to get things done. I am knowledgeable with the lending side and available down payment assistance programs to get first time home buyers into a home. I am an aggressive agent that will get you the asking price that you want and be proactive in finding you the home that you want. 

I have been in the real estate industry since 2001, after leaving the high tech industry. I am able to say that I help my clients a great deal emotionally as well as financially because I have done what they are about to do or have done and more. I personally have invested in real estate, flipping and do mortgage loans. Since 2008, I have done countless short sale negotiations to get my clients out of bad loans and get them out of debt. Fast forward several years, these same clients have now rebuilt their credit and purchased another home that they can afford. 

The key to being a great agent is the ability to adapt to what the current market is at. It's not how long you have been in the industry that makes you good, it's what you have been doing and how active you are in the amount of time you have been doing it that makes you experienced. The market has improved and now homeowners are not upside down anymore.  I also work with real estate investors and have a team of qualified professionals that can assist them.

Wherever the real estate market is, I am up to date with the laws and lending guidelines so that I can assist my clients whether they are a seller or first time home buyer make the best decision that is available to them. It is gratifying to see that I have helped someone get a peace of mind so they can sleep at night and not feel it is the end of the world when they are in a home that is upside down. Many buyers just think they cannot buy a home due to bad credit or no down payment funds. I advise them that there are numerous down payment assistance programs out there, and are amazed that they can get a loan and into a home. It is my duty to share my knowledge to each person I come into contact with who wants to purchase a home. If I can help one family at a time, this is why I do what I do to help families achieve the American dream of owning a home.
