This home is believed by Sellers to be a Sears and Roebuck Home, built in 1908, with large porches around the front and side of the home. The home has tall, 14' ceilings and has been remodeled with a new all electric kitchen, new cabinets, large island for dining, tile backsplash, dishwasher and new electric slide in range. The floors are the original hardwood floors through most of the home, and the original wide baseboards are still in place, with tile in the bathroom, laundry room and kitchen. The wiring has been updated and new Pex plumbing throughout the home. It has propane lines ran for a back up heat source, if needed. New duct work and all electric central heat and air have been added.
