You can see by my pictures that I didn't use a filter and I am not trying to catfish you! This is as real as it gets and if you are still curious...you're still more than welcome to have your own secret love affair...with this SUPER CUTE BUNGALOW!!!! This is THE PLACE you want to live! Located in the heart of the city, with amazing dining, shopping, neighbors and night life! Be at the locally famous Park Cafe at the simple drop of your rear to put your shoes on and out the door you go! Once you are finished with your Park Cafe Snack, wander over to the park! It's just a dog walk away!! Not going to lie...I love my chickens and farm life, and I would almost trade it for the convenience of this location! This home has updates that are so cozy, warm, earthly, and so comforting...yes that means that there is a fireplace too! My chai and I could really do some damage to a great book in front of a fire in thisbeautiful lounge room or even the covered front porch in the summer andfall! While designing this home, we wanted to keep the earth tones at the surface... Thus giving you a place of serenity and comfort! I want to point out that the kitchen could be closed off to accomodate a separate living space with shared laundry in the basement, if that is something you are into! We are almost finished with this home, but wanted to get it on the market sooner than later! Finishing touches will be happening as you preview this enchanted retreat!
