This is an incredible location and very clean unit as well. This is a very private condo, faces no one, but trees in summer. What's best is it's on the 2nd. and 3rd floor, no one above you. Has windows on three side of the home, so very light. Really nice Kitchen, with large tile floor and living room has newer carpet, this year. Bathrooms are clean and appear in good condition. Upstairs bedrooms are comfortable with ceiling fans throughout the home. The garage is behind the condo up the steps, first on the left when facing. Close to Trail Head and RTD. the skip.
