Most of the families have young children that play in the yards and cul-de-sac daily. The neighbors are great, and we have become good friends with all of them. The neighborhood is small (only 44 homes), but we are able to experience a great community with great amenities that include both a pool and tennis courts. It is a safe neighborhood. There are many great things about are home. The ones that I believe make it special are as follows: three full bathrooms upstairs, two staircases that lead upstairs, over 1 acre of property, the best backyard in the subdivision, which includes a great flat grassy play area along with a fenced in area that is perfect for pets or leisure activities with friends.
