The flexible floor plan boasts enormous living and work space, two bedrooms, spacious kitchen and abundant storage throughout. The building offers an on-site gallery with rotating shows, large elevator and common laundry. One common/shared first come, first served parking space is included. Owner must be a visual artist. Examples are(but not limited to): painters, photographers, potters, printmakers, mixed media artists, jewelers, installation artists, book artists, sculptors, animators, filmmakers. Eligibility is determined by a panel of 249 A Street artists (the membership review committee).
