going to explore this large and oddly arranged duplex in the fabulous city of Greensburg! It's within running distance of downtown and just a hop of a fence away from Seton Hill University. A savvy owner could be sleeping through class on one side and renting out the other... if only this place could be financed! Safe to say there are ample repairs just waiting to be made in this side by side behemoth. You'll find the normal things like 2+ bedrooms per side, a living room, a dining room and kitchen- but the right side decided to replace the dining room with a full bar a'la , because- WHY NOT? But rest easy, there may be enough knick knacks and doo-hickeys inside to pay for all of the repairs and a new stock of alcohol? Do yard sale prices increase with inflation- let's hope so, because there is so much treasure in this house it may take all summer to get through it! Oh yeah- no entry- stay tuned for pics!
