Plantings +/-160 Acres of 2nd leaf, Golden Hills pistachios. +/-160 Acres of open ground that is currently planted to tomatoes. Water Property is located in Triangle T Water District and part of County of Madera GSA - Chowchilla. There are three (3) wells on the property (two (2) shallow and one (1) deep). There is an irrigation pond and filter station located between the pistachio orchards that services all 318.19 acres of the property. There are no charges or restrictions to pumping shallow water. Soil Soil maps are available upon request. Groundwater Disclosure Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040.
