The Barnes-Hill House is a historic house in Spencer, Massachusetts. It is a 2-1/2 story wood frame structure, five bays wide, with a side gable roof, central chimney, clapboard siding, and stone foundation. A two-story wing extends to the left, and a 1-1/2 story wing extends to the right and partially to the rear, giving the house a partial saltbox profile. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. With some restorations, this home can be close to its original look in no time. Add in the 6.39 Acres and small pond, it's a beautiful place to be! Sold as-is
