Plantings: Property is planted to 50% Nonpareil - 50% Monterey Almonds on Nemaguard Rootstock. Trees were planted in 2012 at 22′ x 16′ spacing. Water: Property is located in Porterville Irrigation District (P.I.D.) and part of Eastern Tule GSA. Trees are irrigated via four (4) sand media filters and micro-sprinklers (blue nozzle fan-jets). There are three (3) wells and a P.I.D. turn-out/lift pump on the property. Soil: +/-100% Grade 1 - Excellent - Tagus loam, 0 to 2 percent slopes.
