Felipe Alvarez has been involved in real estate since 1996, and mortgage/banking since 1976. He has represented clients' properties in all five Southern California Counties. Felipe's finance background has enhanced his experience and knowledge in the real estate market to the benefit of his client's transactions and negotiations.
Felipe is an REO agent and has experience representing buyers and sellers, but like many of his colleagues, one of the most rewarding experiences in real estate for him is watching a first time home buyer take possession of their first home. Sometimes these same homeowners become investors and watching them take possession of their first real estate investment is also very rewarding for him. Every transaction has its own challenges and Felipe has the experience and knowledge to find the best solution in every situation which goes a long way in getting the deal closed successfully.
When not working, Felipe enjoys traveling to other lands and enjoy other cultures, from the exciting streets of Paris to the adventurous rivers of the Amazon Jungle. But even when traveling it is hard to get away from work, as he has represented various clients in the past with their international transactions in the beach communities of Mexico, Central America and South America.
