As an investor, she has also bought and sold Commercial Real Estate/investment properties for herself and for her clients. Her experience also includes various forms of tenant improvement projects, course of construction, rehabs, soils test, perk tests and parking lots while working with the appropriate city officials, engineers, inspectors to ensure requirements are met for budgeting and completion of projects are timely.
She posses tremendous negotiating skills, marketing skills and maintains long standing working relationships with her clients and investors. She is driven, motivated, honest, loyal, efficient, generous, and also knowledgeable in her other passion for fung shui and staging her listings.
