My ties to the real estate industry have been life long. I actually grew up in the real estate business at a very young age with both my parents being real estate brokers. My step dad owned several offices over the years, with the last one in Glen Ellyn being the largest Century 21 office in DuPage County with over 90 agents. I worked in the office throughout high school as a receptionist/administrative assistant. I knew back then this was what I wanted to do in my future career.
I learned a lot over the years and loved the energy and excitement of the entire the business. In 1998, I obtained my real estate license and my mom and I became a mother/daughter team for over 12 years. I also expanded into another avenue of real estate in 2014 and started my own company, ARJ CONTRACTING, INC.. My company specializes in rehabbing and remodeling bank owned foreclosure properties and working with different investors. Working with buyers and sellers and helping them through the entire process is very rewarding for me. It is my true passion. Buying or selling a home can be a very emotional and stressful time and I love being the one able to make that dream become a reality for my clients. My goal is to make the process as stress free and easy as possible by keeping you informed, always being honest with you (Even telling you things you may not want to hear).
